We believe that a close personal relationship is just as fundamental, if not more, as a business relationship. After all, you are trusting us to virtually be you and care for your home in your absence just as you would care for your home and property. We have a sincere passion for keeping you informed and involved with every decision in your business venture. We want to be available, as the company owners, to each and every homeowner any time of the day, any day of the week. We intend to be very selective and exclusive with the homes and homeowners that we provide a service for to keep the company honest and strong.
• To be the provider of choice for guests. Every single guest will feel welcomed and safe in a clean accommodation. The home will be meticulously checked and scrutinized so that there is no room for anything below complete satisfaction. If we can achieve repeat guests, your business will effectually run itself
• Minimize costs for the homeowners by keeping our services In-House. Pool, Lawn, Cleaning and Maintenance will all be performed by our licensed staff so costs will stay low for you.
Management & Maintenance -
Our staff is committed to providing the best possible care for your home. Our management includes checking your house over after a guest departs for damages and the cleaning standards and once again before a guest arrives so there's no room for error. Our maintenance that's included within the management fee covers minor maintenance repairs provided by our seasoned maintenance department.
Lawn Care
Your lawn will be cut, edged, weedwhacked, and blown off weekly. Spraying for weeds will be done on an as-needed basis.
Pool Care
Pools will be checked weekly for proper chemicals & adjusted accordingly, water will be topped off if needed, & pool deck will be washed down by our licensed pool technician. We also have licensed professionals to repair any pool equipment in the event of a failure.
Pest Control
The inside of your home will be sprayed Bi-Monthly and broke down on your statement as a monthly charge. This also covers any incidents with bugs that may want to take their own vacation while your guests are there at no additional charge to you. Outside pest control is also done bi-monthly to prevent cinch bug and other lawn destroying pests. This will also be broken down to a monthly charge.
Cleaning
Cleaning is done by our In House cleaning staff and checked by our Quality Control Team. After each departure, you home will be cleaned and sanitized including all regular working surfaces, floors, bathroom fixtures & tubs, bedroom furniture dusted, and linens washed thoroughly. If trash is present, it will be taken away off premises. One roll of paper towels & toilet paper per bathroom will be left for your next guest. Also included is a complimentary soap, 2 bin bags for kitchen bins and a bin bag for each additional small bin throughout the home.
24 Hour Front Desk
Someone will always be available should anything arise during your guest's stay. We believe the longer a situation takes to be remedied, the more unpleasent the experience is for our guests. This is why no matter rain or shine, we'll be available to handle all of your guests needs from ants in the kitchen to directions to a theme park!
